Tired of racist words

haha, I remembered that episode shortly after posting...I almost editted and referenced it...  

You think you're such a victim because you have to hear the term ricer, but yet you have such disrespect for people who are REAL victims of racism. That's sad. A divisionist like you has no place on the battlefront.  

lol i have sirred up alot of sh*t. most of u kids dont remember but every racist word was acceptable in the news and media 40 years ago. the "N" word the "J" word and so on... it took some brave ppl to stand up for those words for them to be deleted fromt the press... No one thought that 2006 there would still be racist words in the media (asian import magazines). there will always be mexicans who call other mexicans "beaners", there will always be asians who call other asians "riceboys" there will always be african americans who call other african americans the "N" word and of course there will be always be other cauccasions who call other cauccaisions "white trash". but does that make it right? only time will decide. and ppl like me will be a part of the deciding factor. call me a morron or a mortar but one way or another my opinion and the opinions of ppl like me will be heard. cause we are in the USA!!! and for all of you haters who will call ppl names because of thier race, gender, sexual preference or difference of opinion... you will have an opposition!!! ;D FREEDOM!!!  

to spiritturbo... u say i disrespect real racism? cause i am speaking against the words ricer or riceboy? what about the word jiggabo? or tar baby? *** coon? yellow man? redman?... all those words were thought of as no big deal... except to the ppl it offended. if u were a minority you would understand... ask the guy who got discriminated cause his wife was a different color... im sure he is mad about that ONE "incident"... try always having "incidents" no i am not being over sensitive... just speaking MY personal opinion as an asian american. in an predominant cauccasion envorionment. if that pis*ses everyone off stop replying and ill stop. let this be the last post for the asianboy i mean "riceboy" lol ;P  

Your arguments need to be revised. Alphaser, did you not read what I wrote? Did you not read what everybody else wrote? Kids, what kids? Spiriturbo use to be a cop, a lot of us have already been trough college or are in college, we are pretty well educated. I tried to be friendly with you, did you not see? I tried to make a peace between you and the boards, did you not see? I told you, that english in the USA is constantly mutating. We have a lot of words that mean a lot of things, whether you like it or not. Why do you continue to be so offensive? If you act calmly and stop attacking people, they will stop doing the same. Attack negatively again, and you are already harrassing my friend.  

Ah screw this ***  hes entitled to his opinion but we are entitled not to listen. I'm sick of him trying to make us believe what he believes, fu ck orwellian ***    thats my opinion. Woohoo freedom of speech.  

haha, how about you stop replying, and we'll stop replying. you're not going to win the argument because you're full of it. you're twisting things around in an attempt to make it sound like you're right, when all you're really doing is avoiding the subject altogether. We're talking about cars, and you're talking about races. Whoever called you a "Ricer" solely because of your race may be racist (but then, they're using the word incorrectly) *all* of those names that you've mentioned refer to someone's ethnicity. "Ricer" refers to someone's car. Stop trying to make yourself out to be some kinda hero or some mortar, no one's going to stroke your d*ck for it.

well i lost a job oppertunity at a local Jamba Juice because I have a tattoo on my bicep i'm pretty pissed, one big incident is alot worse than several small incidents. if someone on the street makes fun of my tattoo it doesn't affect me for very long, but if I lose a job because i have a tattoo, it affects me. even if it isn't race, alpha, you catch my drift. even if i'm not, alot of us on this board are minorities, so don't act like life is so hard for you because you're the only asian out there.

No man, I didn't say that you disrespected real racism. Sounds like you've been a victim. I said you disrespected a fellow victim of racism. Speak against what you will, I don't have a problem with that. The thing is, bro, it appears that while most of the people here are tied to other races in some form, they still don't view the term ricer as racial, IN GENERAL (we both know there are always exceptions). You're right, I may not be a minority, but DO NOT THINK FOR A SECOND THAT I DON'T UNDERSTAND. For you to say or think that, and you gotta agree, is a judgement on your part.

I AM the guy that got discriminated against. That's the main reason why I'm not a cop now. Wish I could tell you more.

I know what its like. I've seen it happen to my friends, which made me a victim too. It's happened to me. It continues to. I've also been passed over for jobs, explicity, because I was white, and while I see the need for fair hiring practices, ask yourself this, was that racial too? Don't think that it was just one incident. I've been called n!ggerlover, spiclover. I've been told to my face, while I was speaking spanish to friends and family, to "speak english, you're in America".

We've all been victims, bro, so welcome to the club.  

yeah i don't think there is anyone here who is 100% American because there is no such thing, i'm 1/3 Sicilian 1/3 Greek and 1/3 Romanian.
