Ok Im trying to charge my battery and I need to take it out but I can't detach the cables from the things how do I do that?

What I did was I did the baking soda mix and cleaned it, then I sprayed it with WD40 and it came off with little effort. Thats what I did.

Ok thanks I'll try that in the next hour of so.
Just sprinkle a bit of baking soda on it, or mix it with water or something?

No don't do that, you will waste your baking soda. Mix some with water, get a rag and tooth brush, battery post cleaner, and your wd40. Clean around the terminals, then dry, make sure it is not leaking acid. Spray the terminals with the wd40, then try pulling the wires off, be careful not to damage your battery.
