HONDA'S NEW 5 LUG PATTERN...

Hi,
I have a 1989 HONDA CRX Si which I have now equipped with a set of 4x100 INTEGRA GSR rear disc brakes. I am currently running on a set of 15" KONIG REWINDS (for the old school look) on FUZION ZRI's and the brakes easily clear it. I am wondering if it is possible to convert all my brakes (front and back) to HONDA'S new 5 lug system, (I believe it is 5x114.5) and will the brakes still clear my 15" rims?
If it is possible, I was wondering how I can do it, what I all need, and where to get all the parts needed for it.
