Coilovers are the best performing, but the harshest ride and most expensive. it all depends on what you plan.
Of course, if you go for coilovers, even for the street, id get a VERY comfortable and padded seatr.

do you mean qualcomm? because yeah i will. Umm other than that it'll be purely a street car so yes thanks civicking for all the springs info! yeah i'll probably go for the 2nd spring you named.. that sounds like the best for my car and i. and yes we are getting married, lol. Hmm but anyways yeah so i'll probably get the second springs you named, AEM v2, dc 4-2-1 steel headers two piece, and i haven't decided whether the apexi or the evo2, hows the sound on the apexi, and both of them performance wise, oh and will i be able to use all these parts when i supercharge it? and when i supercharge it, it'll be the jackson kit... oh and thinking about a new clutch for the 97 SH, any suggestions. any other parts that i should look in on that i'm forgetting?

if your going to go with the second set, my personal preference would be the h&R sport springs matched with the tokico illumina shocks. if your going to go with the header, get the "ceramic" coated one, and send it into www.jet-hot.com to get re-coated(jet hot 2000), i love jet hot coating on headers. i would get the apexi PS Revolution, its got the ATS silencer to help keep it quiet without loosing power. i would get this one http://www.coximport.com/store/HH05SBMC if you have the money if not (like most of us), you can go with this one http://www.coximport.com/store/EX08952 and you will need to get this flywheel for it, http://www.coximport.com/store/HF03, now on the other hand i also like SPEC clutches and those might be more appropriate for you, if you get these get the stage 2, http://www.clutchcityonline.com/spec/honda_prelude.htm

the n1 is really loud, to me its a racing exhaust. the evo i don't like the way the muffler hangs under the cars, and to me its not my favorite tone. the evo tt would be good because its a 2.75" exhaust good from when its turbo. if i had to choose between the two i would go with the evo tt.

from what i remember they sound almost like the regular evo but a little deeper because of the bigger piping, its really quiet and muted, personally i just never liked how they looked. but they sound fine.

I was actually interested in the PS-Revolution for the S13 since noise regs are fairly strict around here and I'm not a fan of the tuner exhaust sound (too many fart cans waking me up at night have soured me to the sound. If I only have to hear it at full throttle, that's fine with me). I guess since it has the civicking seal of approval, it's a worthwhile system. I have more important things to deal with monetarily (like, getting a non-beat-up S13) but I'll keep it in mind for the future.

Yeah... I think i'm going to just go with first an IHE setup and then just upgrade engine parts including suspension and see how high i can make the horsepower without the supercharger. Then i'll see what i'll do, what other parts of the engine should i consider upgrading? and what about a venom intake manifold?

don't waste your time on the venom intake it will not get you any power you will actually loose power, if you want to get some power form you intake take it off, take everything off, then get it extrude honed, when it comes back, take the throttle body gasket and gasket match the throttle body and intake, then gasket match the intake to the intake gasket. that's about all you want to do. but why do all of this work when the intake will be useless when you get a supercharger? it will have to be taken off anyway.
