I don't know loroku, they're both good cars but if I had to choose AWD and Turbocharged seems like the best way to go.

as long as you are responsible with your car, id say dsm all the way, just dont cut corners... and watch the transmission, they can last, but ive found slamming gears and mitsu trannys are bad news together..
efficient boost IS better!!

Both have their pros and cons, and both cars can be great in the right hands. Yep definitely a hard choice. I personally would get the Nissan.

I assume you mean a GSX, not a GXS.
I would pick the Eclipse over the S13, merely because everyone and their brother has a 240 nowadays....theyre becoming the new civic amongst ricers.

i think the 1g's, 94 and under, had a 6 bolt vs. a 7 bolt in the 2g's, 95 to 99...... the 6bolt is better at avoiding crank walk (which by buddy just experienced in his 410awhp 7bolt 98 gsx, which now has 6bolt pushing a very conservative 20psi at well over 400awhp) not to mention i love the 94 body style. but i would guess 2k-4k depending on condition of the 1g.

i would get the gsx. awd.im not sure if they come turbocharged but that thing will take off like a rocket off the start. but bc its awd that means less torque in the higher gears which is the only bad thing i guess. but its a great car

Well I happen to own a 95 GSX.. Just for your info. The 90-92.5 TEL(talon, eclipse, laser) came with the 6 bolt block which consists of slightly smaller crank but larger rods.. The 6 bolt means there is 6 bolts that connect the flywheel to the crank.. The 7 bolt came with a larger crank but smaller rods and it somewhat limited to 400 whp. I currently am running a completly stock 7 bolt. I still have the stud head studs. Im running a holset turbo off a dodge cummins 5.9l deisel at 22psi... On the evo 3 16g i went 12.60 at 109 with a 1.76 60 ft on street tires.. I am running DSMlink which is a almost standalone ecu management system, I have a built tranny, bigger injectors, fuel pump, full 3 in exhaust.. My buddy has a sr20 swapped s13 with the silvia swapped bumpers.. His car is fun to drive because drifting but my AWD launch is nasty.. When I use the launch control and antilag i can launch around 18psi and spin all 4 wheels to redline in first.. Im going to the track saturday to put down a low 12 with this new turbo.. GSX all the way
I would say your gonna spend 4-5k on a nice one. 97-99 have a better crank set up as the cranks bearings are a split thrust washer design and the 95-96 7 bolt has a 1 peice thrust washer.. They say this is why the early 7 bolts "crankwalk" where there is excessive crank end play.. Not good but my 95 7 bolt has held up to 25 psi
