Road rules

Does anyone remember the driving test. No matter how confedent or scared you were everyone had the rules down pat. Years later and more experiance you get worse at traffic laws. Dont get me wrong we are all great drivers ( in our own opinion). So how can a person having a revoked license from unpaid speeding tickets cause a wreck and drive away. I understand the cop pinned the wreck on me for ( not yelding the right of way) bing stoped and having a ( sports car) pontiac g5 gt. But he hit me and I was stoped at a stop sighn. Needless to say my tiny car was totaled and his big truck drove off.

I just want to know when can we get those idiots, cops and people off the road.
