I have a budget for about 15K anybody know any good cars under 15K and some good Tuner shops where i can customize my ride in the east coast. preferably in Virginia or New York

Hay you should look into the Lexus IS300 that are around 10 to 15K rear-wheel drive, inline 6 engine ,and are four-door if you have a family.best years are 2002-2004 good luck
